Nata come residenza estiva del vescovo Giulio Berlendis (1653-1693), poi sostituita per tale funzione dalla Villa di Belvedere fatta erigere dal successore Bembo e quindi alienata alla famiglia Sandi e poi ai Corte. Struttura equilibrata ma elementare, pur con l’originale soluzione dei due timpani laterali, sul fronte che si apre verso sud, articolato romanticamente su due piani uniti da una piccola scalinata doppia. Più articolata, ma modificata, la struttura sul retro verso il parco.

Built as the summer residence of bishop Giulio Berlendis (1653-1693) and then replaced by the Villa di Belvedere on the orders of his successor Bembo, the building was transferred to the Sandi family and then to the Corte family. It has a simple structure at the front, with the original solution of the double tympanum on the south façade, romantically articulated on a double level, united by a little double stone stair. At the rear, towards the park, it has been more developed, although modified.
